Please be as specific as possible and include any relevant
order information in order to expedite an answer. We will
attempt to answer every inquiry by the end of the next business

How to
Order
 Please use only one
ordering method below to avoid replicated shipments:
Ordering Online - The
AboutFlags Shopping Cart
 About Flags uses an online
"shopping cart". Your shopping cart holds all of your products
until you are ready to actually purchase. Don't worry, adding
products to your shopping cart does not mean you have to buy
them.
Once you see a product you would like to
purchase and personalize, simply click "Add to Cart". It's
that easy. Your shopping cart page will display, showing you
everything you have ordered so far.

Quantities & Editing Your Order
You may
change the quantities of any item in your cart by clicking in the
"Quantity" box and typing in a new number. Verify the new
quantities by clicking the "Update Cart" button. Your order
totals will recalculate and you may continue
shopping. You
can always change your product quantities at any time during
your shopping process. Nothing is set in stone until you
actually finalize your order. So, feel free to browse and
take your time deciding on designs and styles for your
personalized products. There's plenty of opportunities to
change things later.

Removing Items
To remove
any item(s) from your cart, click the "Remove Item" button next to the
item you want to remove.. You may also click
"Empty Cart" to remove all the items from your cart at once.

Viewing Your
Cart Any
time you want to see your current order so
far, click "View Cart" at the top of the screen.

Checking Out - Finalizing Your Order
When you are finished
shopping, click the "Checkout" at the top of the screen and
follow the instructions. |

You may fax your credit card orders to 215-513-2885, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Please provide all requested information, especially your phone number. Faxed orders are processed within 24 hours. For confirmation on faxed orders, call our toll-free number.

Most orders are executed and shipped within 1 - 5 working days.
Please allow 1 - 6 working days for regular ground delivery in the
United States. Please let us know if a definite delivery in-hand is

on your computer and decoded after it reaches About Flags'

 What Information We
Collect and Why
 We collect personal information primarily so that
we may process your order. In addition to personal
information collected for purposes of processing your order, we may
ask for the following information:

Billing and Shipping
Information During
the checkout process,
we ask for certain personal information - name, address, e-mail,
telephone number and credit card information - all of
which are necessary for us to process your order and ship it to
you. Basic personal information such as name, address and telephone
number, but not credit card numbers, may be transmitted to
contracted third parties (UPS, FedEx, etc.) solely for the
purpose of shipping your order. As described above, ordering with
About Flgas is safe and secure because we use Secure Socket
Layer Technology which encrypts the information you send to us.
This information cannot be decrypted during transmission and is
decoded on About Flags' secure server, which cannot be accessed
by 3rd parties. About Flags
may also use this information to send you brochures, catalogs, or other
announcements via postal mail.

Addresses During the
checkout process, we collect your e-mail address. Your
e-mail address is used only so that you may receive offers and
announcements via e-mail from About Flags, and is not forwarded
to any third parties. At any time, you
may modify your information by sending an e-mail to customerservice@aboutflags.com.

 About Flags uses a feature of your

Shipping Policies

UPS will not ship to a Post Office box. Please provide street address in
the "Ship To" box during checkout.

For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico an additional $6.95
freight surcharge per order will be added to the above charges.

Certain overweight and
oversize items may cost between $5 and $20 more to ship.
We will contact you for approval prior to shipment.

We will give shipping
charges to you via e-mail for shipment outside of the United
States and request your approval prior to shipment.
Sales Tax We are required by law to charge 6% sales tax to all
Pennsylvania residents. |

 Return &
Cancellation Policies
 All returns or exchanges must be made within
30 days of receipt. Products must be returned in new condition
in their original packaging. Custom orders are not returnable.
You may cancel your order if it has not shipped yet by e-mailing
orders@aboutflags.com, or call us at 800-621-FLAG.
Please include your Order Number in your e-mail or have it handy when you
call.

 Customer Restrictions
 Due to U.S. government restrictions, currently About
Flags does not ship items to any of the following countries:
Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Libya, North Korea, Sudan and Syria.

Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express for all orders
online. Personal Check and Money Orders may be used for orders
